Top of the Mat is a unique Mat class.  All you need is a Mat! 

We will use our body weight to get lean and lengthen your body. Get strong and stretch from your head to your toes.  By the end of the 45 minutes you will feel fabulous!  I promise.

If you’ve tried Pilates …you love it!  Come try Pilates with me. You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility. We will work on better posture. Pilates’ main focus is on core however, you can expect to see strength gains in your arms and legs.  Positions and movements used to activate core and you will see results for your whole body!
